She loves having the opportunity to fulfill her clients’ dreams and exceed their expectations and has been doing so for clients globally for 13+ years at Travel Concepts Inc.
Heather Underwood
Heather Underwood is the welcoming voice of Travel Concepts! Heather has been with the Travel Concepts team for 7 years. In addition to her Travel/Cruise Consultant specialties, she provides her expertise as the Office Manager of Travel Concepts. She is known for her fun personality and her relentless dedication to the company and her co-workers. Heather’s detailed, work-horse attitude, professionalism, listening skills, and willingness to go beyond the client’s expectations for their tailored dream vacation, is what makes her a valued asset to the team.
Krissie Kiehne
Krissie Kiehne came into the travel business after working with Travel Concepts to plan her destination wedding and romantic honeymoon to Mexico in 2006. Krissie is passionate about helping people plan once-in-a-lifetime events, matching each person with a trip that reflects their personality and unique interests. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail help each client realize their travel dreams. With experience as a teacher and a coach, she is skilled at multi-tasking and working out every detail from beginning to end with energy and a touch of humor.
