We have customized a travel package for your consideration.  Should your desired dates of stay be different than what is presented, let our consultants know ~ we’re pleased to design a vacation experience to best accommodate your specific dates.

THE GROUP CUSTOMIZED TRAVEL PACKAGE INCLUDES:

LAND PACKAGE:

• Accommodations for 3, 4 or 7 nights at THE AZUL SENSATORI by Karisma RESORT, providing your specific room category, DOUBLE & TRIPLE Adult occupancy (children rates available), including applicable hotel taxes & service.  All-inclusive features provide: all beverages, meals, taxes, gratuities, non-motorized water sports on property. • Roundtrip airport to resort transfers.

GROUP AIR PACKAGE (a ‘group’ consists of 10 persons traveling together):

• Roundtrip air transportation from Kansas City (or your preferred gateway city) TO CANCUN, including applicable air taxes, fuel & security surcharges are proposed.  Specific air schedules and pricing will be available per passenger, per request.  Further information will be provided.  *Please request YOUR specific departure city, and number of passengers.
• Mexican Departure Tax (included with purchase of airline ticket).
• All travel arrangements professionally managed by Travel Concepts, Inc.
• OPTIONS TO CONSIDER: Individual Airline Reservations ~ Travel Insurance ~ Optional activities/tours/sightseeing.
• PRIVATE GROUP OPTIONAL TOUR: DISCOVER THE RUINS OF TULUM ~ Date scheduled: Friday, February 12, 2010 / 8:30am (Duration: 4 hours). Minimum 10 persons required for the tour.  Price per person: $81.00 *Include registration on Reservation Form.

GROUP TRAVEL SERVICES

This travel program has been negotiated and coordinated with separate vendors as a GROUP, and additional suppliers and vendors who are part of this program in its entirety.  A ‘group’ consists of a minimum of 10 rooms at the resort /10 air seats (if applicable, per airline).  Specific TERMS & CONDITIONS, including applicable cancellation/change policies will be presented in each passenger’s detailed travel confirmation/contract.

Travel Concepts, Inc. acts only as agent for all suppliers, and their responsibility is limited. A room block contract has provided rooms which encompass the dates: February 10-17, 2010 (7 nights).  Guests can be accommodated for any number of nights during this time frame (a minimum 3 night stay is required) ~ and a time frame prior or after these dates, based on availability at the resort.
